WHO WE ARE

THE WAY is a performance platform for artists who understand improvisation as their highest form of expression.

THE WAY started in 2016 as a collective of multidisciplinary artists and evolved into a professional film production company and an association supporting the next generation of urban artists.

THE TEAM

THE WAY COLLECTIVE

  • THE WAY is an improvisation collective founded by Anja Jadryschnikova in 2016.

Her motivation was to change the societal perception of the urban performing arts. Anja’s mission with THE WAY is to invite artists to a professional playground - where they can express themselves freely in their most authentic way while also building a community, providing cultural exchange and artistic growth. That is why the international collective of THE WAY stands for authenticity, freedom and inclusivity.

THE WAY PRODUCTION

  • From creative directors, professional dancers, videographers and musicians to venture architects, copy-writers and digital media artists, THE WAY production unites multidisciplinary experts across the creative industry. A combined professional experience of 150 years among our current 15 members propels us to creative mastery in every aspect of our work.

Combining the best of the rational, emotional and spiritual world, we are applying the most advanced creative methods, processing technologies and organizational tools available in this present day.

Through the unique techniques of our team members and shared creative process experience, we strive to exceed our partners' expectations at all times. We want all our works to be heart-moving, soul-shifting, and eye-opening, simply because after decades of working in the professional industry, these are the only types of results that give us the excitement and energy to keep performing at the highest level.

THE WAY ASSOCIATION

  • THE WAY association is funded by the selected commercial projects our production company chooses to accept each year. 10% of all income is dedicated to conducting workshops and educational formats as well as non-commercial projects providing the next generation of urban artists with opportunities to showcase their talents to an international audience to kickstart a sustainable, professional career.
